On September 23 morning, Tang Gaohua, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the University, and staff from the University Administration Office and Academic Affairs Office visited the College of Humanities and the College of Pottery and Design.

During the investigation, Vice President Tang Gaohua listened to the working report of the colleges, and had a discussion with the college deans and academic leaders of the college, and had a specific understanding of the teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, faculty issues, talent training and management of the College. Tang Gaohua and the heads of functional departments gave on-site answers to some specific questions and opinions raised by the college.

Tang Gaohua fully affirmed the achievements of the College of Humanities and the College of Pottery and Design in his research. He stressed that under the background of the university's transition to high-quality development, each college should not only maintain the original professional advantages, but also seize the breakthrough point. First, continue to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, focus on the construction of grassroots teaching organization, and further improve the quality of undergraduate talent training.
