In the seminar, Prof. Li Guanghui, based on the background and significance of the construction of the pilot free trade zone, elaborated thedifference between the pilot free trade zone and other parks, the functions of the pilot free trade zone, the current development status and trends of the free trade pilot zone in China. Moreover, Prof. Li underlined his ideas on how to lay out the construction of the pilot free trade zone in Guangxi, based on the functions of the pilot free trade zone.
